  • Hotel coordination encompassing all concerned departments.

  • Negotiation and mediation on to hotels and other suppliers on behalf of the client.

  • Control and supervision of overall logistics including transportation, changes..

  • Administration, control and distribution of VIP passes/tickets

  • Establishing rapport with front Desk, Housekeeping and Concierge

  • Preparation and coordination of reception desk/lobby presence

  • Rooming upgrades/selection coordination as per client

  • Verification of functionality, infrastructure and convenience of different venue types
